These apartments are available through a residential agreement, a form of lease, with entry fees ranging from $212,000 - $335,000. These entry fees, less an amount to allow for building depreciation, will be refunded when residents terminate their agreement.
This building has a 5% hold back upon signing, 6% in year 2, 7% in year three to a maximum of 10%.
