The Affordable & Community Housing Program provides subsidized rental housing to low income families, senior citizens, and individuals with special needs who cannot afford private sector accommodation.
The Bethany Group manages 153 spaces of Affordable Housing: 18 three-bedroom homes and 49 apartments in Jamieson Manor in Camrose; 28 units in Terrace Heights Landing in Lacombe (2 and 3 bedrooms); and, 20 spaces in townhouses and bungalows in Blackfalds; and 38 units in Wetaskiwin Meadows, Wetaskiwin.
Under Community Housing, The Bethany Group manages 435 spaces in Bentley, Bowden, Camrose, Innisfail, Lacombe, Millet, Ponoka, Red Deer, Rimbey, Sylvan Lake, and Wetaskiwin.

Affordable Housing is an option for individuals and families who need assistance finding affordable rental housing. Rent is below the average market rent for that community as set by Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the Government of Alberta.
Community Housing is intended for low to moderate income individuals and families. Rent is based on 30% of a household's adjusted income and includes heat, water, and sewer costs.
