Affordable Housing is an option for individuals and families who need assistance finding affordable rental housing. Rent is below the average market rent for that community as set by Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the Government of Alberta.

Community Housing
Community Housing is intended for low to moderate income individuals and families. Rent is based on 30% of a household's adjusted income and includes heat, water, and sewer costs.

Rent Assistance Benefit
Established by the federal and provincial governments, the rent supplement programs help address the housing need in Alberta.
We are accepting applications for the Rent Assistance Benefit. Formerly, the Direct to Tenant Rent Supplement, this long-term benefit will continue to subsidize low income Albertans.
