Who Can Apply
Individuals and families who are:
- from low to moderate income households;
- current resident(s) of the area in which they are applying;
- have good rental references from current and past landlords;
- available for an in-home interview as part of the selection process, if necessary; and,
- have a total gross household income below the applicable maximum.

After I apply, how long will it take for me to be offered a place?
Your place on the waiting list is determined by need. Available spaces are offered to those with the greatest need.
Can I smoke in my apartment/townhouse?
All buildings are smoke-free.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the building. You can discuss this when you submit your application.
Are my personal belongings covered under the management’s insurance coverage?
All tenants are responsible for insuring their personal possessions and for having liability insurance.
