Deer Meadows

Deer Meadows is a residential living facility designed to offer a supportive environment for seniors who are able to live independently with or without the use of community resources.

Deer Meadows is intended to provide apartment-style accommodation to seniors who are looking for a lifestyle which offers meal service as well as 24-hour security.

There are 80 totally self-contained suites that range from studio to two-bedroom designs. Each suite offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and stove, easy wheelchair accessibility and a sit-down shower.

Core Services
The core service package is based on a monthly fee that includes:

Suite rental
One meal per day
Utilities (except telephone and cable)
Surface parking
Emergency Response System
Laundry facilities
Access to common lounges and resident-planned activities

Additional services can be arranged on an individual basis and can include:

In-suite housekeeping
Evening meals

Accommodation Fees
Monthly fees vary and are dependent on the size of apartment and the number of residents.

Activities
The residents of Deer Meadows enjoy a unique community lifestyle with an emphasis on friendship. Residents can choose their level of participation as there is an open invitation for everyone to join in special activities. These can include exercise classes, bus outings, movie nights and Bible Study.
