Life Lease Apartments

Lakeside and Hillside Villages provide spacious condominium-styled life-leased apartments for adults over 55. They enjoy a close proximity to Mirror Lake and close access to park and pathways surrounding the lake in downtown Camrose. They are located within easy reach of churches, stores, medical clinic, and the Seniors Centre.

What is Life Lease?
The apartments in both Lakeside and Hillside Villages are available through residential agreements, a form of lease, with entry fees ranging from $126,290 to $279,848. These entry fees will be refunded less a fee for building depreciation, when residents terminate their agreements. These units are not sold as condominium units.

Fees
Monthly fees are paid by residents to cover property taxes and operating costs such as maintenance, utilities, yard care, snow removal, janitorial services, and expenses associated with management. These are based on the size of the unit.

Lakeside Village

Lakeside Village was completed in 1989 and has 20 units on three floors—one, two and three bedroom apartments ranging from 950 to 1500 square feet.

Lakeside Village has five floor plans available to choose from according to the needs of the tenant.

Hillside Village

Hillside Village completed in 1994 has one, two bedroom, and one bedroom + den designs ranging from 775 to 1222 square feet. It has a total of 49 units on a four floor design.

Hillside Village has nine floor plans available to choose from according to the needs of the tenant.

A limited number of garages are available to rent at each location.
