- The family plays an important part in promoting and maintaining the health of our residents through both physical and emotional support.
- Although the concept of "Family" is universal, each family is influenced by a lifetime of learning, experiences, cultural beliefs and family dynamics. Sometimes conflict occurs when we try to combine resident needs, family wishes and staff requirements.
