Designated Supportive Living

Designated Supportive Living (DSL) is a living option for individuals and couples with private personal living space, personal care and the freedom to maintain their independence as well as their connections with family, friends and community.  

Designated Supportive Living provides the security of 24-hour care based on the needs of the individual or couple.  It fills the gap between living in one’s own home with intermittent support and living in a nursing home with 24-hour nursing coverage. 

Level 4D is a Designated Supportive Living option that provides access to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Personal Care Aides on a 24-hour basis.
