Janelle Wallace, LPN, B Ed

Janelle Wallace has both her LPN and Bachelor of Education degree. As an LPN and College Instructor, she has worked in geriatric, psychiatric, OT and PT settings in both acute and continuing care facilities. Her professional training has enabled her to build innovative curriculum programs for both The Bethany Group and NorQuest College. 

Currently, she works as an instructor supervising a wide variety of programs including Bethany/NorQuest Hybrid Health Care Aide program, Medication Administration Course, and PSA to HCA Bridge Course.  Her passion for teaching has facilitated strong foundational skills for students entering the field of nursing. Her specializations include Infection Prevention Control Site Investigator, Occupational Health and Safety Site Investigator, Skin and Wound Site Champion, and Back Care Educator. Her visionary leadership allows her to play a pivotal role on the educational team

Lois Wightman, BA, B Ed

Lois currently has CLPNA associate status as well as a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education.  She has a strong background in teaching secondary and college courses and her 15 years of experience in continuing care, particularly in rehabilitation (OT and PT) and education departments, make her an invaluable member of the Education team.

As an Education Coordinator with The Bethany Group, her focus is on Orientation and staff development in areas such as the ABCC Model, Creating a Therapeutic Relationship, Crisis and Responding Effectively, Virtual Dementia Tour, and providing inservices dealing with diabetes and documentation standards.
