Governing Board

The role of The Bethany Group Governing Board is to provide leadership for the organization through a model of governance which distinguishes its unique job from that of management. The Governing Board has adopted The Relationship Model of Governance developed by Les Stahlke.

The main focus of the Governing Board’s strategic plan is “What services the organization will deliver, to which people in what places and in what order of priority.”

Members of the Governing Board consist of volunteers from in and around the community of Camrose.
